August 2021:

As restrictions ease, we are now taking bookings that comply with public health guidelines. Please contact us for an up-to-date menu (events@conatyscatering.ie) or give us a call to discuss your event (01 288 0824).

Our retail premises is open from 10am-6pm, Mon-Sat. 

Please note that we are closed from 5pm on Saturday, 31 July until 10am on 17 August 2021 for annual holidays. We look forward to seeing you on our return.

Deposits

A deposit of 20% is required with every order.  The balance is due on day of collection/service for private orders. Corporate orders by arrangement.  In addition, a refundable deposit is required for any non-disposable dishes used in collected orders.

Confirmation of Order

We require confirmation of numbers four working days in advance of any function.  No deductions can be made for reduced numbers after this time.

Cancellations

Cancellation fees will apply.  Charges are detailed below:

7 days notice – 50% of total

4 days notice – 75% of total

3 days or less – 100%

Bar Service

Bar service can be arranged, if required.

Hire Charges

Delph charges can only be calculated once the menu has been selected. They will be outlined clearly for you prior to your event.

Furniture hire may be required for large functions and can be arranged on request.

Service Charges

Service charges vary according to type of service required and menu choice.

Prices for Service Catering

Prices are exclusive of VAT (13.5%), delph, cutlery and service charges, which are dependent upon number of people attending function.

Traceability and Safety

All beef, lamb, pork, bacon, chicken and eggs used are Irish and sourced from Bord Bia Quality Approved suppliers. Food is prepared and cooked in our purpose-built, HSE registered and HACCP certified kitchen.
