General Information

Deposits

A deposit of 20% is required with every order.  The balance is due on day of collection/service for private orders. Corporate orders by arrangement.  In addition, a refundable deposit is required for any non-disposable dishes used in collected orders.

Confirmation of Order

We require confirmation of numbers four working days in advance of any order for collection.  No deductions can be made for reduced numbers after this time.

Cancellations

Cancellation fees will apply.  Charges are detailed below:

7 days notice – 50% of total

4 days notice – 75% of total

3 days or less – 100%

Traceability and Safety

All beef, lamb, pork, bacon, chicken and eggs used are Irish and sourced from Bord Bia Quality Approved suppliers. Food is prepared and cooked in our purpose-built, HSE registered and HACCP certified kitchen.
